Enjoy the best stay
Our reception team will provide you with all the information you need about places of interest. Cleaning service in the hotel is included every day; in the flats it is included every other day (unless otherwise stated in the offers).
In addition, you can use the computer located in the lobby to browse the internet and print your boarding passes for free. The reception team will provide you with an access code for the Wi-Fi in the communal areas, rooms and apartments.
Check-in to the room/apartment is from 14:00. Check-out is at 12:00 (for customers who have booked directly through the website or by e-mail). Late departure is subject to availability and at extra cost.
A luggage room and a courtesy shower are at your disposal for the day of your departure.

Pools and direct beach access
Pools for adults and children.
Our pools and sun terrace are located in a quiet and relaxing environment, with direct access to the beach via a private path, for the exclusive use of our guests.
Pool towels can be hired for €5/unit with a €10 deposit. If you wish to change your towel for a clean one, this is charged at €2.
The hotel swimming pool will be open from May to October.
The apartment swimming pool will be open from May to September.
Sa Puntassa Restaurant
Enjoy our buffet breakfast with its wide range of pastries, our selection of seasonal fruit and savoury dishes, as well as 100% local products.
Breakfast can be enjoyed outside.
Breakfast schedule: 08:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Our restaurant will be closed from October 26, 2025, to March 27, 2026.
Until the reopening date, it will not be possible to book breakfast service.

Sasini Bar
The hotel pool bar is open from March to October approximately. It has a nice terrace located next to the pool. You can cool off with a cocktail, have an ice cream or eat.
Metla Restaurant
Delve into a unique gastronomic journey thanks to our Asian-Mediterranean fusion restaurant. With a lovely terrace by the pool, you can cool off with a cocktail, order an ice cream or have lunch.
Fitness Room or Sports Bag
Invest in your mental and physical health.
Visit our gym equipped with LifeFitness machines. You will find treadmill, elliptical, upright bike, recumbent bike, double pulley multi-function machine, multi-station, multi adjustable bench, dumbbells of different weights, TRX, kettlebell, etc. Open every day from 07:00 to 22:00 h.
You can also train in your room with one of our sports bags equipped for your sports session, ask for it at reception.
If you prefer outdoor sports, go for a walk or run along the three beaches of Paguera early or late in the day and feel the peace of mind that the sea brings you.
Facilities for the little ones
We know that kids have unlimited energy and that’s why our hotel provides a children’s playground, a table tennis table and a pool table (at extra cost).
You can hire a pushchair (extra charge) and there are cots and high chairs available in the room/apartment free of charge.
We offer a self-service laundry with a washer and dryer (at extra cost).
Parking with electric charger
The price is 15 €/night* and 20 € for the garage key deposit.
*Except:
– November, December, February and March: 6€/night.
– April, May and October: 10€/night.
The day of departure the parking is included until 12:00 h.
We have free parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee parking spaces in advance. Ask us the same day of arrival and we will inform you of the availability (Whatsapp +34 971 68 60 60 93).
We have 12 parking spaces, please contact reception before your arrival if you need a parking for electric car.

Sustainability actions
In our hotel we are committed to a more ecological and sustainable future. We have installed 216 solar panels to generate electricity and another 20 panels to generate domestic hot water.
In addition, our team recycles and there are containers available for our guests to recycle.
In compliance with the Balearic Islands Waste Law and in order to avoid single-use plastics, you will not find amenities in the rooms/apartments, but you will find a soap dispenser. In the restaurant we avoid single-dose containers, in order to use bulk containers and thus avoid the use of plastic.
